Formed in 2006, Bodyfit has developed into a multidisciplinary company providing a range of services in both the Northern Territory and Victoria. Following the merge of Bodyfit with Tristar Medical Group in 2017, the company have founded a common vision of enhancing a person’s quality of life through exercise, diet, health and wellbeing when managing a range of chronic health conditions, injuries or illness.

Bodyfit Allied Health provide a comprehensive range of services from Exercise Physiology, to Physiotherapy, Podiatry and Dietetics. Using a case by case approach, our university-trained practitioners focus on an evidence-based philosophy to deliver professional and personalised services to all clientele.

Our team utilise a welcoming and supportive approach to create an encouraging environment and facilitate learning whilst applying an active approach to client rehabilitative and long-term health and well-being goals.
