Home Visit Network (NBS)

Mobile Counselling involves a qualified counsellor visiting you at your house for face-to-face counselling. Anyone can access this service, including those who may encounter physical, emotional or psychological barriers to accessing a traditional counsellor’s office.

You might want to see a counsellor to:

  • Deal with mental health issues, such as depression and anxiety
  • Help you process trauma or grief
  • Work through current or historical issues
  • Develop skills, such as boundaries and assertiveness
  • Improve your relationships
  • Help with living with neurodiversity
  • Dealing with addication and substance use

If you’re not sure if you should see a counsellor about your particular issue or concern, feel free to reach out for a chat whether counselling is suitable for you.
